• Quotations are only valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Prices can change without prior notice.

• Weekly orders cut off time: Thursdays at 17:00 (printing starts on a Friday)

• Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment.

• Allcopy Publishers (PTY) LTD is a print on demand company (prints only confirmed orders)

• Please ensure you receive a confirmation of receipt email for Purchase order.

• Allcopy Publishers (PTY) LTD has a no returns policy.

• Printing and delivery take approx. 15 working days from date of payment.

• During peak times (October till February) orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.

• No deliveries to secondary customers, person or company who placed order gets delivery.

• Prices include VAT, exclude postage and packaging .

• All orders must be checked upon receipt and any dispute must be lodged within 21 working days. Failure to do so may result in dispute being denied.
