What if I do not have internet access to get my Unlock PIN?
If you are unable to visit the website to get your Unlock PIN, you may call head office during business hours and the information will be provided telephonically on +27 21 945 4111.
Will the CD still be accessible in the case of hardware failure (computer crash)?
In the case of a computer crash or Windows being reinstalled, you will have to request an Unlock PIN again. Allcopy Publishers reserves the right to deny an Unlock PIN at our discretion. You will be required to quote a reference number from the email containing the original Unlock PIN, and therefore you are advised to keep a copy of this email.
Can the presentation be used without the CD?
Yes. Should you prefer not to run the disc each time, the contents of the cd may be copied directly onto a computer hard drive or flash disk. The same protection rules apply i.e. the presentation can only be used on the 3 computers. Please be sure to unlock the discs on the computer you intend to use the presentation on.
